Mountain Bike Hire on Skye

Leave the road behind and discover Skye's hidden gems. The backdrop of incredible scenery makes this one of the best places to mountain bike in Scotland.

You can hire a mountain bike for 1/2 day, a whole day or even a week depending on your plans and our availability. We have a wide range of mountain bikes available including Muddy Fox, Vertical and Reflex. Plus, we have one tandem Reflex mountain bike, the bicycle made for two! They come complete with a helmet and high viz jacket, etc. Bike carriers are also available to hire for those wishing to explore the island further on a daily or weekly basis.

£15 Morning/Afternoon

£20 Full day, sliding scale depending upon length of hire, eg 7 days @ £100

Like a bike delivered to your B&B? No problem, just ask! (Delivery charge will apply)

Secure bike storage is also available to Bed and Breakfast guests that arrive with their own bikes.

Take the A87 north out of Portree for about 3 miles and then at the first main junction take the left turn to Dunvegan (A850). Follow this road for 1 mile and when you reach the sign for River Snizort put on your right hand indicator and take the next available right hand turn and Tigh Mo Chridh (sign on gate) is the first house on your left.
